All Bitrate should be set to 3000 Kbps

QSV Encoder (if you have a Intel CPU with integrated GPU (iGPU))
NVIDIA Encoder (if you have a Nvidia GPU)

if you have a MAC then select “Apple VT H264 Hardware Encoder”.
x264 Encoder (Only use this is you have none of the hardware encoders above)
this encoder is very CPU intensive

Set track 1 to 320kbps (as we will only ise 1 audio track)

Set Mic/Aux 1 to your Controller or USB soundcard input device.
If you are using a microphone on your pc, then add it to Mic/Aux 2.
